A Day Plan-3 Apple

3 Apple A Day was established by the Plan Tammi Flynn, a registered dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition. The diet gets its name from the concept that having an apple before any main meal acts as an accelerator of fat reduction.
Tammi found the idea of adding 3 apples a day to a calorie chart when one of his clients was experiencing weight loss plateau. He was trying to search out a way to include more fruit in the calorie chart of the client. Simply adding an apple before each main meal that the client was able to break the plateau and lose a pound and half of this week.
